    AI Radio Network Goes Live, Zephyr AI Joins the Crew, Baby Noah Update (Vision Cast 2026.06.17)

    This week the AI takeover gets real. Donald officially announces the launch of his AI Radio Network at theairadio.network, a multi-genre platform where listeners blend stations and buy AI-generated tracks. Then Google AI Studio's Zephyr voice bot joins the call as a live co-host, demoing what hands-free Gemini chat sounds like through a screen reader and even live-generating an HTML retro record player on the fly. Hosted by JC, with Rita back from a week off, Donald, Preston, and Angela on the call. Salvis pops in only for the intro setup and mentions the new server-based playout system in passing. JC welcomes everyone, then brings Zephyr (Google AI Studio's voice) onto the call as an honorary crew member for the episode. Donald walks through the AI Radio Network launch: listeners can mix any combination of genre stations, and creators can purchase the AI-generated tracks. The launch is technically pre-live, with everything getting ready behind the scenes at theairadio.network. JC then demos Google AI Studio with VoiceOver on iPhone, noting that the Google AI Studio app is coming to iOS on July 1. Angela weighs in on the difference between Gemini (3 videos a day cap) and Google AI Studio (much higher cap), and adds context on Google Vids as a paid Workspace feature she just started using for content creation.     Episode 348: Beacon Bridge Walk, iOS 27 Talk, and a Smoky Power Strip (Vision Cast 2026.05.27)

    Episode 348 of the Vision Cast Podcast Network. Host JC (aka DJ Mac) settles into the chair after editor Salvis hands off for the night, then leads a wide ranging chat with the crew. Angela is out this week getting the house ready for her grandparents arriving Friday and her parents the following week. Katie can't join tonight and returns next Tuesday. JC checks in on the episode count: this is 348, with 350 in sight. Crew introductions follow. Nightingale Nora (Nora Thielking) talks about learning to chop her own food with a blender, getting through a rough patch, and looking forward to coffee with her neighbors. Donald, who syndicates the show on the Super Hit Mix Radio Network and helps with AI Radio, checks in next. Then Phil (Phillip) joins from California on his way home, with the heat finally easing off. Phil's only announcement: no work this Friday. Nora delivers a heartfelt shoutout to the rest of the team, including Veronica.     Everyone, get ready for our longest podcast to date! A total of four hours in length! We do feature great talent from Mark members and friends, however, during the first hour, we did clear the air brush three special desk have returned as a appearances. Denny, EJ the phoenix, and Denise. Back in early 2024. We did have a fall out which resulted in these three friends were band from our brand, but let’s just say during the first hour of this episode, we have come to our differences, explain how we really felt, and Hartfelt gratitude and understanding what really happened, so we have now wiped the slate clean, clean and all is exciting and happy for all of us once again.
