Sending love from Korea
Hello, Esther! I'm a girl living in Korea. I absolutely love all of your episodes and I'm learning English listening to them:) I'm your age, so I can totally relate to conversation you had with your friends. Please keep creating amazing episodes! Thank you😍
Hey Esther! Love your episodes
I just heard your fifth episodes, body images& insecurities and i loved it. I love the topics and you guys genuine talks. I grew up in the small city in Korea and I got made fun of being flat chested when i was in high school and used to hate my body a lot. Never felt confident in my appearance before i had a gap year to travel. Always so obbessed with not getting tanned cause i had got many compliments for having pale skin and i was unconciously thought that i must have pale skin to be pretty. Ugh it just never ends, right?
But i slowly came to the realization that appearance is not that much important and true beauty comes from my mind. I want to share with this episodes with my friends who i grew up with and say that it’s okay to be the way you’re.
Anyway happy to hear your podcast feel like i got NY unnies. Also i wonder how was your childhood as a Korean-American, as a minority in America.
Thank you for your message⁑
Hi from Korea:) I loved the episode of moving to a new city. I am planning to move to a whole different country and it gave me an insight on my future. I am determined but also contain anxiety at the same time and it turns out it’s not only my case!! I feel grateful to hear from someone who is in a similar position. Please keep going on this podcast!! I am rooting for youღ
