Make 2026 Your Best Year Yet! Step-by-Step Blueprint to Turn Your 2026 Goals Into Visible Results

This episode is about starting the year with clarity, by letting go of what no longer fits and building systems that support who you’re becoming. Jay explores why most resolutions fade and explains that real change doesn’t come from wishing harder or relying on motivation, but from aligning your inner world with structures that support the life you want to live. He shares how unfinished emotional chapters from the past year can quietly sabotage new beginnings, and why consciously closing one season is essential before stepping into the next. By releasing what no longer serves you, you create the mental and emotional space needed to move forward with focus and intention, rather than carrying old weight into a new year. Instead of fixating on rigid goals, Jay encourages choosing a single word to guide your energy, one that reflects who you’re becoming, not just what you want to achieve. He reframes success as an inside-out process, emphasizing growth over outcomes and systems over wishlists. From designing habits that match your vision to shaping an environment that makes discipline easier, he shows how manifestation becomes practical when your daily actions, calendar, and beliefs are aligned. In this episode, you'll learn: How to Let Go of What’s Still Holding You Back How to Focus on Growth Instead of Goals How to Build Systems That Make Success Inevitable How to Design Your Environment for Better Habits How to Work With Fear Instead of Fighting It How to Become the Person Your Dreams Require As you step into this next chapter, remember that real change isn’t created in a single moment of motivation, it’s built through small, intentional choices made consistently. You just need to be willing to show up, learn, and keep moving forward even when it feels uncomfortable.  With Love and Gratitude, Jay Shetty Join over 750,000 people to receive my most transformative wisdom directly in your inbox every single week with my free newsletter. • Jahnavi: How to Create Inner Calm When Life Feels Overwhelming (THIS Simple Daily Practice When Your Mind Won't Stop!)

    26/12/2025

    3

Jahnavi: How to Create Inner Calm When Life Feels Overwhelming (THIS Simple Daily Practice When Your Mind Won't Stop!)

Today, Jay sits down with longtime friend and Grammy-nominated devotional artist Jahnavi Harrison for a deeply personal conversation about faith, creativity, and living a life of service. Together, they reflect on spiritual grounding as a daily practice, not rooted in perfection but in the ability to remain steady through uncertainty and change. Jay and Jahnavi explore the often unseen journey behind purpose-driven work, how passion gradually becomes discipline, and discipline shapes a life of devotion. They unpack the courage it takes to walk a less conventional path, especially in a world that often values conformity and external validation. Through stories of growing up between two worlds, wrestling with self-expression, and finding healing through music and mantra, they invite us to reconsider success not as achievement, but as alignment. As the conversation unfolds, their focus turns to prayer, service, and staying connected when you feel lost. Jay and Jahnavi share why speaking to God, serving others, and creating space for vulnerability can become powerful anchors during difficult seasons. Ultimately, this conversation reminds us that spirituality isn’t about having everything figured out, it’s about showing up with sincerity, listening deeply, and choosing to give, even when the path ahead is unclear. In this interview, you'll learn: How to Find Peace Through Sacred Sound How to Stay Grounded When Life Feels Overwhelming How to Turn Doubt Into a Deeper Faith How to Express Yourself When You Feel Invisible How to Trust Your Intuition Over External Pressure How to Integrate Spirituality Into Everyday Life How to Reconnect With Purpose Through Service How to Talk to God in Your Own Way You are allowed to take your time, to find your voice in your own way, and to choose a path that feels meaningful rather than impressive. Healing and purpose don’t come from perfection, but from showing up sincerely and trusting that what you offer with love will return in its own time. What Zoë Foster Blake Knows About Being An Imperfect Perfectionist

If there’s one thing we’ve learned from this podcast so far, it’s that things aren’t meant to be perfect. But try telling that to a perfectionist. Zoë Foster Blake, a self-described perfectionist, doesn’t always see it as a positive trait. In her conversation with Clare Stephens, she shares what she’s learned about embracing failure, recognising when she needs space to recharge, and the interviews and events she chooses not to do. Is Zoë Foster Blake happy? You’ll have to listen to find out. THE END BITS Subscribe to Mamamia Zoë’s book Things Will Calm Down Soon is out 1 October (RRP 32.99, Atlantic Books Australia). CHRIS HEMSWORTH EXCLUSIVE: The Untold Story of His Anxiety, Fear of Failure & The Diagnosis That Changed Everything

**This interview was filmed on November 29th, prior to the heartbreaking and tragic events in Bondi over the weekend. Our hearts are with everyone in Australia during this incredibly difficult time.                                                            __________ Today, Jay travels to Australia to sit down with Chris Hemsworth at the Crystalbrook Byron, not the superhero the world knows, but the grounded, introspective man shaped by his upbringing in the Australian outback. Chris opens up about his early years living in an Indigenous community, the adventures that sparked his imagination, and the strong family roots that still keep him centered. Jay explores how those moments from Chris’s childhood laid the foundation for the man he is today. Chris opens up about the pressure and anxiety he faced in the early stages of his acting career and how the pursuit of excellence often came at the cost of inner peace. He talks about the constant pull between ambition and being present, the balance of preparation and surrendering to the creative process and the grounding force of lifelong friendships.  In one of the most personal moments of the conversation, Chris talks about learning of his father’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis and how it changed his relationship with time, family, and legacy. He reflects on the emotional experience of documenting their journey together, navigating memory loss, caregiving, vulnerability, and the urgency it created to slow down and show up fully for the people who matter most. In this interview, you'll learn: How to Stay Present in a High-Pressure Career How to Reconnect With Your Childhood Self How to Build True, Grounding Friendships How to Be Fully There for Aging Parents How to Slow Down and Be Intentional With Your Time How to Balance Ambition With Inner Peace How to Bring More Curiosity Into Relationships We forget sometimes that the best parts of life aren’t about achievement or perfection. They’re about being present, staying connected, and having the courage to show up. Every challenge and moment of doubt is a chance to look inward and reconnect with what really matters. What truly stayed with me? In this conversation, I’m joined by world-leading voices who helped shape some of the most meaningful discussions of 2025, including: Dr. Stacy Sims, exercise physiologist redefining how women should train, fuel, and recover Dr. Andy Galpin, performance scientist translating elite physiology into everyday health Doug Evans, longevity thinker exploring how nutrition and lifestyle shape long-term vitality Dr. Iñigo San Millán, physiologist uncovering the role of mitochondria in metabolic health and endurance Jason Van Blerk, founder of Human Garage, offering a new lens on fascia, movement, and healing This episode is a reflection not only on science, but on perspective. Across these conversations, a shared message emerged. Our bodies are not machines to override. They are intelligent systems that respond to care, context, and consistency. From female specific physiology and metabolic flexibility to recovery, fascia, and longevity, these voices bring clarity to a crowded wellness space. Together, they remind us that sustainable health is built through understanding rather than optimisation alone. Here’s What We Dive Into:- How female physiology changes the way women should train, fuel, and recover. - Why performance science must move beyond one size fits all advice. - What metabolic flexibility really means and why it matters beyond elite sport. - How mitochondrial health underpins energy, endurance, and long term wellbeing. - Why recovery is an active biological process, not simply rest. - What fascia reveals about pain, movement, and whole body connection. - How modern lifestyles disrupt our biology and what helps restore balance. - Why longevity depends more on fundamentals than shortcuts.
