Today, we discuss the first adaptation of one of our all-time favorite animes/ mangas, Fullmetal Alchemist!  We explore how it differs from the original manga/ 2009 anime, highlighting its highs, critiquing its lows, and trying to make sense of the trip that is The Conquerer of Shamballa.     How To Write An Epic Christian Story: Left Behind, Done Right [pt. 1] - Ep. 4

    Matthew 24: 40-41 “Two men will be working in the field; one will be taken, the other left. Two women will be grinding flour at the mill; one will be taken, the other left.” In this episode, the famous 12-volume story centered around The End Times gets reimagined! We take a look at one of our favorite series during childhood, Left Behind, with older, wiser eyes, discussing how characters could have been centered, along with exploring themes and creating a congruent story for characters trying to survive the apocalypse before Earth goes kablooey.
