In this episode of Wise Mind: A DBT Podcast, hosts Maddy and Raich revisit one of the most reliable tools in Dialectical Behavior Therapy: TIPP skills—Temperature, Intense Exercise, Paced Breathing, and Progressive/Paired Muscle Relaxation.
