(HINT: Nicole is winning obviously.) 🐱🐟 MTV's long-running show Catfish was cancelled last week, which surprised, well, everyone, who thought it already had been cancelled back when we all figured out what 'Google reverse image search' was. Also host Nev Schulman announced a very random new career. 🤖 It was announced at the Zurich film festival last week that Hollywood's hottest new actress Tilly Norwood is about to be signed with a major talent agency, except Tilly Norwood is actually a 'synthetic actor' ie AI ie we are inching closer and closer to the end ie it's probbo time to get jacked arms like Linda Hamilton so we can all lift heavy things when the world turns into Terminator 2. 🤖 All the Tilly Norwood talk veered us into a random discussion about 'Robot Racism'. As in, there are people who say that the real human actors refusing to work on projects with AI 'synthetic actors' are actually being RACIST (Robot-ist?) towards... AI and robots. According to very serious people online, the most offensive thing you can call robots/AI is a 'clanker' and one day we'll all look back and be ashamed that we were so 'bigoted'. Ooft.
