Goldstuck is the Founder and Managing Partner of GoldState Music, a private investment firm focused on the music sector. The firm’s funds primarily invest in music rights and in businesses requiring growth and expansion capital, positioning it at the forefront of music as an evolving asset class. A highly accomplished operating executive and investor, Goldstuck brings extensive experience across recorded music, music publishing, and technology. Throughout his career, he has built and led businesses that have consistently delivered strong returns for investors. Previously, Goldstuck served as President and COO of Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG), where he oversaw operations across its global music labels. In 2000, he co-founded J Records alongside legendary music executive Clive Davis, later helping build it into the RCA Music Group. His earlier roles include Executive Vice President/General Manager of Arista Records and Executive Vice President at Capitol Records. During his tenure in the music industry, Goldstuck played a pivotal role in developing and supporting major global artists, including Usher, Leona Lewis, Dave Matthews Band, Foo Fighters, Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, Sarah McLachlan, and Avril Lavigne.
