Kézzel fonott kalácsok és havi 25 millió előállított termék

Kiflik, zsemlék, fánkok, szendvicsek és még sok más finomság, összesen négyszázféle termék tartozik az országszerte 90 mintabolttal rendelkező Félegyházi Pékség kínálatába. A teljesen magyar tulajdonú, kétgenerációs családi vállalkozás 25 éve indult 20 fővel, ma pedig már egy 1400 fős vállalatot irányíthat az alapító tulajdonos, aki feleségével és a gyermekeivel a mai napig része a cég mindennapjainak. Ehhez persze arra is szükség volt, hogy a naponta több mint 100 tonna legyártott termékük minden egyes nap ugyanolyan kiváló minőségű legyen. Ez elérhetetlen lett volna egy egységesített, automatizált rendszer nélkül, amelyhez a Siemens Zrt. megoldásai is hozzájárultak. Piros pöttyös labdától a piros Ferrariig

Évente 2 millió magas teljesítményű gumiabroncsot gyártanak többek között csúcskategóriás sportautók számára a nyíregyházi Michelin-gyárban, ahol az 1960-as években még matracok és gumilabdák készültek. Ezzel a hazai üzem is az alapító, Michelin-testvérekhez méltó utat járt be, akik az utak számozásával, turisztikai és éttermi kalauzzal, valamint a GPS ősével teremtették meg a keresletet gumiabroncsaikra. Az elmúlt 150 évben természetesen rengeteget fejlődött a technológia, és ma is komoly innovációs átállásoknak lehetünk szemtanúi, elsősorban az energiahatékonyság és a fenntarthatóság területén. A doboz, a hullámpapír és ami mögötte van

Egy átlagos európai lakos évente akár 180 kg csomagolási hulladékot is termel, ez a szám pedig a fogyasztás növekedésével csak emelkedni fog. Így nem kis nyomás nehezedik erre a területre, hogy környezetkímélő megoldásokat fejlesszen ki, miközben a csomagolásnak mindvégig helyt kell állnia a gyártási helytől a fogyasztóhoz vezető úton. A hazai szektor legnagyobb szereplője, a Dunapack Kft. emiatt például már sok évtizede a körforgásos modellben gondolkodik, és több mint 90 százalékban újrahasznosított anyagokat használ a Siemens automatizációs megoldásaival felszerelt, magyarországi gyáraiban. Szőnyi Zoltántól, a vállalat kereskedelmi igazgatójától emellett azt is megtudhatjuk az epizódban, hányszor lehet egy papíranyagot újra felhasználni, miért lesz egyre fontosabb a polcrakész csomagolás, és mi mindent tudhatunk meg a gazdasági helyzetről csupán a hullámpapír-eladások statisztikái alapján.
