    Episode 5–hooray for Friday

    Had a good day today. Relatively easy, knocked out my responsibilities at work and got to celebrate a good friend heading off to the darkside to be an officer. I talk about relationship pressure, stress, and civil unrest. As always, do your damn pushups

    Do the Damn Thing

    Had a pretty wild day with a very high tempo list of stuff that was accomplished at the office. Didn’t get to do the ideal workout I wanted but still got a good one in. Spent some quality family time, watched football, knocked out 60 pushups, and brought you what will hopefully soon become your new favorite podcast. Today was a good day. You only die once but you get to live everyday, take advantage of that

    Refuse to Negotiate

    Really wasn’t feeling any type of physical activity today. Woke up tired and stayed that way all day. Made up a lot of excuses in my head as to why I could wait or why something else was more important. Ultimately, my son was the reason I got up and knocked out the pushups today and I’m very thankful for him helping me find the motivation to get it done.

    Episode 2–Return of the Podcast

    Another day in the neighborhood! I talk about another rather uneventful monotonous day but I was also able to knock out 100 pushups at the gym this afternoon bringing the yearly total up to 150. Quick stories about taking little man to the park and watching my VERY pregnant wife try to chase him down. A little sports talk, a little bourbon talk and a highlight for what’s to come! Hope you enjoy episode 2 and as you’ll hear me say plenty more times…go do your damn pushups
