If we don't hear something enough, we may forget about it or maybe we subconsciously start to believe that we don't have permission to do it. While some things may be out of our immediate control, we can control how often we honor our passions and interests. Here, in this space, you have permission to explore your interests.

    Today's affirmations are inspired by a sound healing session I went to where the lead asked us to inhale saying the words "I am" and exhale saying the word that described the feeling we wanted to feel. Hoping that today you can feel how amazing you are, take time when you need it, and be incredibly proud of yourself.

    Today’s affirmations are for those of us on a self love journey. Where we don’t have to self care as a result of being exhausted, but we do it because we care for ourselves, because we love ourselves. Don’t wait too long before showing yourself love. That’s how we make the world better. These are affirmations we can recite in those moments when we’re sitting with ourselves and need that love that only we can give ourselves.

It made me think about how often I've repressed my dreams because I prefer to stay in the comfortable, which actually ends up not being comfortable at all.
