    Just 48 hours after I sat down with Rabbi Naftali Schiff, an arson attack was carried out at the former premises of Jewish Futures. This wasn’t an isolated incident. Only months earlier, another one of their buildings was defaced with hateful messages. And yet, what stood out to me then, and even more so now, is the resolve. The team at Jewish Futures will not be shaken. The light they bring to tens of thousands each year will not be dimmed. Am Yisrael Chai. ----- In this episode, I sit down with Rabbi Naftali Schiff - a visionary leader, educator, and institution builder whose impact on Jewish life in the UK and beyond is both profound and far-reaching. As the driving force behind Jewish Futures, Rabbi Schiff has pioneered a model that goes far beyond a single organisation, creating a meta-institution that incubates, scales, and sustains a network of initiatives engaging thousands across the Jewish spectrum.
