    Na Svetovni dan duševnega zdravja objavljam navdihujoč pogovorom z Borutom Škodlarjem, specialistom psihiatrom, profesorjem na Medicinski fakulteti v Ljubljani in predstojnikom Centra za mentalno zdravje Univerzitetne psihiatrične klinike. Pred kratkim je izdal tudi knjigo z naslovom Samoumiritev, kjer bralce na preprost in praktičen način vodi čez zelo številne in zelo raznolike tehnike umirjanja. Notranji mir je pomembna vrednota v hektičnem modernem svetu in prav to je bila osrednja nit tokratne epizode. Seveda pa sva s prof. Škodlarjem zašla še na nekaj pomembnih sorodnih tem in se pogovarjala o pričakovanjih do sebe, o spopadanju z nespečnostjo in o sindromu izgorelosti (ki je praktično prerasel v neke vrste epidemijo). Po koncu resnično prijetnega pogovora sem se zavedel, da je name dobesedno deloval kot neke vrste psihoterapija.  Knjiga Samoumiritev: https://tinyurl.com/4f92rx4b
