Like all good modern relationships, they met on Instagram and instantly bonded over the fact that they were both sleep-deprived Dads doing their best to dote over their two children. Jackson Wray isn't a doctor or parenting guru. But he's an expert in showing up every day for his daughter, Frankie. Frankie is four years old and lives with severe cerebral palsy, blindness and epilepsy. While many might expect Jackson's story to be one of heartbreak, it's actually one filled with love, gratitude and positivity. Together with his wife Alex, Jackson shares glimpses into their family's life, and it's impossible not to be inspired by Frankie's determination and joy. She continues to prove that her diagnosis doesn't define what's possible. This conversation is full of perspective, hope and a reminder of what really matters in parenting. The study also found that fathers are 2–3 times more likely to experience mental health challenges than the average man. The conversation explores the identity shift that comes with fatherhood, the challenges many dads face in staying connected, and why simple things like sport, friendship and community can have such a profound impact on men's wellbeing, relationships and longevity.
