Good morning, beautiful soul. It’s Jody.
A personal practice that has profoundly shaped my mornings, is before I get out of bed, I place my hands on my heart and ask myself, “What’s my intention for today?” Sometimes, my intention is to be gentle with myself. Other times, it's to stay grounded, lovingly focused, or simply to pause and breathe throughout the day.
Slowing down and setting intentions helps us guide our actions, thoughts, and emotions throughout the day. It aligns us with our values and brings purpose to each moment.
So let's take this time together to center ourselves and set meaningful intentions for the day ahead.
