    Episode 12 Extreme Thigh Training

    Onimusha: Way of the Sword arrives and first impressions leave us cautiously optimistic. Chris successfully completes (watches) Metal Gear Solid 4 again along with starting up a new anime co-op game with a friend. Nathan remains determined to see the new Street Fighter movie in theaters. But Chris is on the fence after nearly dying from second hand embarrassment from the latest trailer. We only mention Resident Evil about five times this week.

    Episode 11 You owe me Awe

    Way too much crap happened the past week and most of it had nothing to do with Gamescom. Chris and Nathan return to a game they first played 20 years ago along with other random stuff from the past. Even more anniversaries occur as we brace for an incredibly stuffed September this year.

    Episode 10 Never stop Punching

    Chris somehow manages to get into the Duskbloods network test and does battle with vampires and robots. But another of his childhood games is set to receive a terrible adaptation, further provoking his ire. Nathan tries out Fortnite's blatant ripoff of Ready Player 1 and both of them consider what IPs they would like to see get a videogame.

    Episode 9 Demonic Prostitutes

    Chris returns to a game he bought over 20 years ago and plays it on original hardware with a setup he literally assembled from trash. It's Nathan's turn to try a game based on a licensed property and hopefully it's worth the 7 dollars he paid for it.

    Episode 8 Live from Nepal

    Chris picks up and enjoys some of the newest releases despite their problems but still has to wrestle with customer support for one of them. He also finally returns to Street Fighter to obliterate some chins with Ryu. Nathan has another classic game arriving in the mail and potentially grabbing a steal from the local game store. Multiple anniversaries occur this week once again reminding us of how ancient we are.

    Episode 7 Limited Time Milla Jovovich DLC

    Chris almost completely fails to get back to most of those games he's working on but still finds time to watch the terrible Monster Hunter movie. Nathan explores an arcade filled with busted but classic games. Hollywood continues to burn money on most video game adaptations but we plan on seeing Street Fighter because we're apparently masochists.

    Episode 6 Pokemon card scalping will not be tolerated

    The gaming industry's bullshit continues for another week while we play old and new games alike. Assuming the heat doesn't incinerate his consoles, Chris plans on finishing a handful of games he's mostly done with. Nathan receives training from a master in Street Fighter and returns to the Onimusha series in anticipation of the new game.

    Episode 5 Florida Man commits crimes with video games

    Despite giving it numerous chances, Backyard Baseball 26 continues to make Chris sad. He finds solace in returning to Stellar Blade and a survival horror classic in the making while testing out his Steam controller. Nathan and him also reminisce over their experiences with videogame related theme parks in Japan during their time there.

    Episode 4 Half-Life Carbon dating

    Spirits are crushed as Chris is handed another disappointing remake less than a month from the last one while he waits for his copy of Rhythm Heaven to finally arrive. It still manages to get here before Nathan's Goemon collection. The week is capped off with a fun session of Marvel Rivals and some kid in Seattle discovering an ancient artifact from 2014.

    Episode 3 Revenge of the Quantum Menace

    As the industry continues to collapse around us, we brace for the inevitable removal of two more storefronts and vow to maintain our physical collections. Chris comes away from the Steam Summer Sale with a haul of good games and a few weird ones that would drive any mortal man insane. Meanwhile Nathan awaits a shipment of imported classics from the far east as it navigates the treacherous shipping lanes that plague it.

    Episode 2 In the Lylat System no one can hear you scream

    The Mandela Effect makes Chris' brain think Star Fox 64's bosses all had delicious death screams that were censored in the new game. His survival horror skills are also pushed to their limits by a game's terrible escort section and weirdly specific audio bugs related to hardware issues. Nathan continues his road to master rank in Street Fighter 6 while dabbling in a bit of Marvel Rivals. That Steam Machine thingie finally got its price reveal too I guess.

    Episode 1 Here goes nothing

    First introductions and talk of what we've been playing and are going to play later. Gaming news is sandwiched between these sections although it feels like a slow week so nothing real exciting this time.
