    How to Get Your SH*T Together - Self Awareness Tips for Knowing your Strengths and Weaknesses

    Today’s episode is all about YOU. We’re going to go over some ways that you, as somebody in the fitness industry, can get your sh*t together so that you can best serve the people in your life who need you. Clients, family, friends, etc. As usual, I’ll give examples from my own career and experience in order to best illustrate these concepts, because after all, my life and experience is all I’ve got to go off of! So grab a notebook and let’s get to work. The main thing we’ll be going over how to analyze your strengths and weaknesses. We’ll touch on the importance of protecting your time and being intentional with how you spend your day, particularly the morning and evening routines and the importance of these. We’ll talk about how to go above and beyond to serve your clients, how to create content to build your influence as help others, as well as some ways to best go about reading, studying, and improving your craft in order to give more value to the people around you.
