RETURN TO THE MOON: Inside NASA’s Artemis II Mission 🌕🚀

It's time for another BIG and BRILLIANT adventure into the world of science on this week’s Science Quest! We’re diving into a prehistoric face-off this week to uncover the difference between two of history’s most fearsome predators: Mosasaurus and Megalodon. One ruled the ancient seas with razor-sharp teeth, the other was a giant marine reptile built for ambush and power. In Science in the News, a jaw bone found deep inside a cave in the UK is helping scientists rewrite the story of how dogs became our best friends. We also look up to the Moon, where a once-in-a-century crater has appeared surprisingly recently, Kevin Olsen from Oxford University joins Dan to explain NASA’s Artemis II mission, which will see humans travel around the Moon for the first time in over fifty years! It’s time for your questions too. Rosa wants to know why hair turns grey, and John Hutchinson from the Royal Veterinary College answers Max’s big prehistoric question about what makes a Mosasaurus different from a Megalodon?
