Lise and Sarah are podcasters and best friends. After meeting in their thirties, the duo's extraordinary chemistry and genuine friendship landed them local and national radio shows with Australia’s largest media network, Southern Cross Austereo, as ‘Those Two Girls’. They've interviewed and shared stages with the likes of Sarah Jessica Parker, The Hon. Julie Bishop, Urzila Carlson, Zoe Foster Blake, Leigh Sales, and Celeste Barber to audiences of thousands, which isn't a bad effort for two ladies who simply love to talk and tell tales. In 2020, the year they both turned forty (and while still in radio), they independently launched FORTY – the podcast equivalent of a little black book for the middle years. Celebrating the life lessons and wisdom of famous and everyday women in their fifth decade and beyond, FORTY had millions of downloads until it wrapped in 2023. In 2022, their first book Forty Favours the Brave was published, and re-printed within six months. In 2023, they began The Lise and Sarah Show, a weekly podcast covering everything from personal musings to pop culture with the humour and honesty of best friends in conversation.
