From unhealed childhood wounds, debilitating anxiety, making all my friends hate me, and an unconsensual rehab hold in Mexico, to getting healthy, speaking my truth, and learning to be a person again, this is my podcast, raw and uncut. Sometimes it might be funny; other times it may be uncomfortable to listen to. The only thing that I promise is authenticity. I've spent enough time hiding and being ashamed!
