Start consuming these foods to get all of your fat-soluble vitamins! DATA: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9095536/ 0:00 Introduction: Fat-soluble vitamins vs. water-soluble vitamins 1:06 How to increase your absorption of fat-soluble vitamins 4:10 Vitamin complexes 4:45 Benefits of fat-soluble vitamins 9:30 The best foods to get fat-soluble vitamins 14:02 Understanding osteomalacia 18:09 Check out my video on the gallbladder! Today I’m going to cover the best sources of fat-soluble vitamins. Fat-soluble vitamins are essential to help support a healthy body. Fat-soluble vitamins penetrate the cell membrane, go into the nucleus, and then connect with receptors that activate certain genes. Water-soluble vitamins are more like coenzymes or helper molecules that don’t go that far into the nucleus of the cell. You need fat to absorb fat-soluble nutrients. For example, you might add olive oil to your salad to extract nutrients. If you take a fat-soluble vitamin as a supplement, it’s important to take it with a meal or add a little bit of oil or fat to it to increase absorption. The absorption of fat-soluble nutrients is also dependent on bile. An unhealthy gallbladder or liver will diminish your bile and diminish your absorption of fat-soluble nutrients. Gut damage can also inhibit absorption. If you take a supplement, it’s important to take the complex, not a single nutrient. This way, you won’t throw off the balance and absorption of the nutrient. Not only do fat-soluble vitamins have a lot of amazing health benefits, but they also help you absorb certain minerals. When consuming foods rich in fat-soluble vitamins, try to get pasture-raised, grass-fed products. The best foods to get all of your fat-soluble vitamins: 1. Egg yolk 2. Cod liver oil 3. Fatty fish 4. Fish eggs 5. Liver and organ meats 6. Poultry fat 7. Shellfish 8. Cheese and cream 9. The BEST Fibroid Shrinking Vitamin (based on science)

Up to 80% of women will develop fibroids by age 40. In this video, we’ll take a look at the causes of fibroids that could be related to vitamin deficiency. Find out how to help shrink fibroids naturally and alleviate fibroid symptoms with one vitamin. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. 0:00 Introduction: Uterine fibroids 0:20 Fibroid causes and associations 1:04 What is a fibroid? 2:14 Low vitamin D and fibroids 3:10 Benefits of vitamin D 5:57 Can vitamin D shrink fibroids? 8:35 Anecdotal evidence in support of vitamin D Jeff T. Bowles: The Miraculous Cure for and Prevention of All Diseases - What Doctors Never Learned: https://www.amazon.com/Miraculous-Prevention-Diseases-Doctors-Learned/dp/1701336502 DATA: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4209245/ https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18423458/ https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23467803/ https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22302692/ Fibroids decrease in size after menopause, yet pregnancy, exposure to HRT, and birth control pills can cause fibroids to enlarge. Obesity, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and PCOS also increase the risk of fibroids. Black women have a 3 to 9 times higher risk of developing fibroids. Estrogen is the primary driver of fibroids and endometriosis. A fibroid is a growth in the uterus, but it differs from uterine tissue in several ways. Fibroids are very sensitive to estrogen and have increased estrogen receptors, more of the enzyme aromatase, less oxygen than the uterus, and more inflammation. Many health problems and risk factors associated with fibroids are related to low vitamin D. Vitamin D has incredible properties that may help inhibit the growth of fibroids. There is also a vast amount of anecdotal evidence in support of using vitamin D to shrink fibroids. Be sure to take vitamin D with the cofactors magnesium and vitamin K2. DATA: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2805706/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6005194/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7147657/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6551444 The Shocking Fact about Your Food ▶️ https://youtu.be/BuzQvVF9pAo 0:00 Introduction: How to cope with anxiety 0:12 What is anxiety? 5:10 Stress and comfort foods 7:11 The best foods that reduce anxiety 11:56 Learn more about nutritional yeast for stress! Let’s talk about the best foods for anxiety. First off, are stress and anxiety the same thing? Not really. You could have anxiety along with stress and even panic attacks, but they’re not all the same. Stress vs. panic attacks vs. anxiety: • Stress - External pressure that’s out of your control. • Panic - High levels of severe fear. • Anxiety - Worry and fixation on problems without a solution. Everyone has their specific limit or tolerance for anxiety. But, if you’re deficient in certain nutrients, your stress and anxiety tolerance will be low. These foods won’t fix the problems causing anxiety or get rid of anxiety, but they will help you cope with anxiety much better. Microbes greatly influence your nervous system and regulate your hormones. Your microbiome makes neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, GABA, and noradrenaline. Your microbes also make essential vitamins, including B vitamins, that help you deal with stress and anxiety. Common comfort foods and drinks like carbs and alcohol can deplete vitamin B1, which is an important vitamin for dealing with anxiety. Sugar and carbohydrates also feed a type of microbe that doesn’t produce anything beneficial for you and, instead, gives you inflammation. Ultimately, these foods cause more anxiety and stress. The two best foods for anxiety, stress, and panic attacks: 1. Probiotic foods • Kefir • Kimchi • Sauerkraut • Pickles • Raw vegetables 2. Nutritional yeast (non-fortified) Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 57, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Today, we’re going to talk about how to get rid of hyperpigmentation. Some people also refer to hyperpigmentation as aging spots, dark spots, or liver spots. The liver doesn’t actually cause aging spots or liver spots. These spots are caused by too much melanin, which is a skin pigment. Certain things might cause you to notice more dark spots, including: • The summer months • Age • Diabetes • Pregnancy • Birth control • Hormone replacement therapy • Stress A few causes of hyperpigmentation are: • Excess estrogen • Excess cortisol • Excess insulin Melanin protects against UV and also acts as an antioxidant. It’s actually there to try to counter all of the damage that’s happening to your skin. These dark spots are really an indication that you’re low in vitamin C and other antioxidants. Tyrosinase is a certain enzyme that’s necessary to make melanin. But there are some interesting natural remedies that can act as tyrosinase inhibitors. Natural remedies for aging spots, dark spots, or liver spots: • Cinnamon • Cocoa bean • Grape seed extract • Green tea • Aloe • Vitamin C • Licorice • Quercetin • Melatonin The best things to do to increase your antioxidant levels and get rid of dark spots: 1.
