“God’s Country” with brothers Dan and Reid Isbell is a rollicking weekly podcast that sits at the intersection of country music and the great outdoors. Each episode explores how today’s biggest and most talented country stars and songwriters pull inspiration from rugged, first-hand relationships with the natural world. Nashville songwriters by profession who spent their childhoods getting muddy in the wilds of Tennessee, Dan and Reid draw on their own passion for hunting and fishing to lead a thought-provoking and fun exploration of the fundamental role of outdoor living in country music.

Ep. 16: Drake White on Beauty Shop Shows, Moving to New Zealand, and Don Williams
This week Dan and Reid host Drake White for the most inspiring episode of God’s Country yet. Drake talks about his 14-year journey in a ten-year town and how he’s kept a positive attitude amidst his traumatic brain injury. The guys learned that Drake’s first show was at his hometown beauty pageant and that, during his Nashville tenure, he took three months to move across the world. Everyone agreed “Lord I Hope This Day Is Good” is the perfect song to listen to on your way to the stand and laughed over the instructions given to them over the years on how to find said stand.

Ep. 15: Anne Wilson on Space Jam, REBEL, and Her Jesus
This week Dan and Reid host multi-platinum and award-winning artist, Anne Wilson. Anne shares her love for the Kentucky farm her family owns, her cowboy boot collection, and what it was like growing up surrounded by a family who loves the outdoors. The guys show their age when Anne admits she's never seen Space Jam, and names Anne as another "GCP Artist to Watch in 2024!"
