    Luke Gale has played competitive rugby league at the highest level for over 15 years, representing clubs such as Leeds Rhinos, Bradford Bulls, Castleford Tigers and Hull FC. In 2017 he won the Man of Steel player of the season award after leading Castleford Tigers to their first ever Super League Grand Final appearance. Luke has also represented England and played every one of their games at the 2017 rugby league world cup in Australia.     Parallel Bars Perfection - Joe Fraser

    Joe Fraser has had a meteoric rise to the upper echelons of gymnastics. After winning the British All-Round competition in 2017 at just 18 years of age he went on to shock the world by securing a gold medal in the parallel bars at the 2019 World Championships - a first for any British athlete. At Tokyo 2020 he reached the final of the men's parallel bars, another national first, and finished a hugely respectable ninth in the overall final. He was also part of the four-man team which narrowly missed out on a podium place, coming in fourth place.
