EP159 KINGDOM COLLAPSE

On this week's episode, Jess was flying solo as Jonathan Norris of Texas-based hard rock band Kingdom Collapse joined her on the podcast! She actually met Jonathan back in May when Kingdom Collapse rolled through Northern Wisconsin on tour with Red, so it was awesome getting the chance to catch up with him. They talked about his longtime friendship with their bassist Aaron, who he's known since he was a kid, how music became his light through life's toughest moments, the band's latest singles, what fans can expect from their upcoming record and the overall vibe it's bringing, life on the road, tour stories, and so much more. Jess had an absolute blast catching up with Jonathan and learning even more about Kingdom Collapse. All that being said, we hope you enjoy this conversation just as much as she did!

EP158 RUFIO

Before we get started, we want to apologize for the audio quality in this episode. Our guest experienced ongoing internet connection issues during the recording, causing freezing, intermittent audio glitches. Unfortunately, the connection was too unstable for us to fully fix these issues in editing without losing large portions of the conversation. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope you'll stick with us because this was a great conversation worth sharing, glitches and all. All that being said... On this week's episode, we were joined by Guitarist Clark Domae of the band Rufio who you may or may not remember from the early 2000s! We had a blast chatting with him about their re-record of their song Dipshit, they're new EP that's coming out August 7th, some of the inspiration behind a few of the songs on the EP, and whether or not Rufio is making a comeback!
