Thank you Jonathan
If you are looking for a meditation/dharma teacher "in your pocket", Jonathan Foust is your guy.
He is the most accesible, earthy, humble and warm and kind person, plus…He is funny!! I don’t know him in person, but have been listening to his teachings again and again for some weeks now. Every time I learn something new and every day I realize how little by little I am more present.
Before finding Jonathan, I was blessed finding his wife Tara Brach. As she mentions him in several of her talks, I became curious, googled him and found his podcasts!!
Both of them have been a lifesaver the last six months of my life. I live the other side of the continent, so, I am not able to attend their teachings in real time, that is why I am GRATEFUL that both share their wisdom thru this podcasts.
Thank you Jonathan for sharing yourself so tenderly and strongly at the same time. May you be well, May you be peaceful, May you be happy. _/|\_
