March Bonus: Plandemic!
Despite being almost 90 minutes long, our COVID Conspiracies episode covered just a fraction of the misinformation bouncing around the country in 2020. So to cover some of the viral myths and zombie statistics we didn't get to, we decided to have a little watch party for a coronavirus conspiracy classic: "Plandemic."

Wonderful
Super interesting!!! As a nutritionist redirecting my knowledge to a non-fatphobic practice I have learned so much with this podcast. Thanks for making accesible the knowledge based on truth/facts instead of lies as much of this profession is based on
I needed this podcast
It’s insightful, SO well documented, so careful and yet so funny and radical, I don’t think I’ll ever love a podcast nearly as much as I profoundly adore this one. Thank you for talking about all these things and letting us learn so much through your research and also your humour and kindness.
Food for thought
I listened to this podcast awhile until I got to the Michael pollan episode. The host initiated the conversation saying they didn’t read the book. This is extremely problematic for obvious reasons but also seems to reinforce that the podcast feels like criticism with no productive alternatives ever touted. I really find this irresponsible and lacking. The researcher on Mexico quoted pretends like those traditional methods were left in the 1800s - they were not - many still grind maize traditionally with metates, I do, as do women all over the country no pueblos. These are collaborative tasks. Unfortunately these podcasters often tend to make the same fallacious arguments that they frequently criticize. I stopped listening because I don’t think this kind of arguing lends much to conversations.
