    Benefits of Journaling ~ Why You'll Want Grab My Ritual Journal

    Have you ever said or thought: I used to do that... why did I stop doing that? In the last 5 years I have found that there are things that we have seemed to have "forgotten" or just stopped doing. We seem to have stopped treating others like we want to be treated; you know the Golden Rule of "do unto others..." Yep! THAT ONE! Kindergarten Rules like waiting our turn, apologizing if we wrong someone, speaking as we pass or at least making eye contact and smiling... human connection. Rituals of #selfcare #gratitude #personaldevelopment #healthyhabits and other things like this contribute to positive mindset and #journaling can be a very helpful tool in this journey. As a teacher and LPC who utilized Cognitive Behaviorial Therapy when working with my clients I highly recommend #mindset work in processing past and current events and setting goals for the future.     We Have a STORY! Expect the Unexpected

    My G-Ma had a mantra that she always said and I adopted whenever things went wrong or just not the way we expected: We Have a STORY! When we learn to expect the unexpected we will actually be happier. It is in the EXPECTING things to go a certain way or perfectly that we set ourselves up to suffer according to Eckhart Tolle. I agree. I have been processing my own disappointments, suffering, depression, anxiety, and STORIES the last two weeks. I found that I have surrounded myself with THINGS and each one has a story... just like US. It is up to us to SHARE our stories and it is important that we share them...people are inspired and #motivatedaf by them!! We can use #Journaling (check out mine on Amazon https://a.co/d/ibUCtUU ) and Celebrating Wins to process the Ups and Downs of Life and remember who the hell we are so we can show up for ourselves and others.     The Two Year Update After Losing my 6 Fig Biz for the 2nd Time

    Ironically the morning that I got clarity and peace from the wrongful termination/personal attack from 2 years ago that same company CLOSED "without notice." Today they announced they are "reconfiguring" and will sell products and the person in my upline that betrayed me is literally saying it's not true even though customers got emails. I hope people will finally stop believing her lies. This episode I'm telling part of my truth as I've learned it is NECESSARY to be in ALIGNMENT and to be my AUTHENTIC SELF. OH... and YES.... the book IS COMING!! Learn what I am excited for on the eve of Ozzy and I getting the keys to our new apartment and starting another chapter. I feel FREE of proving my worth and myself to ME or anyone else. I am fully ready to help others not settle and be successful without sacrificing EVERYTHING.     You are in for a TREAT! Debbie is a dear friend, business partner, and colleague. We have known each other 3 years now and she actually found me watching an interview much like this!
