At times I've asked myself if I’m where i'm supposed to be and what could I have done differently to get to where I want to be. Now in my mid 30’s, a mother of two, and a wife, I’m at a place where outside factors such as social media and opinions no longer affect my goals or my outlook on life. My path has already been chosen for me I just need to steer the ship! Join me as I discuss motherhood, love, friendship, and anything else society tries to control us into believing we have to live a certain way. I live by my own rules!

    Introduction

    I remember when the term "unbothered" became a thing. You would see memes that said "I want to be as unbothered as", and it would be an image of someone or something that looked happy and at peace. Being unbothered was the ultimate goal for me. I didn't want to care anymore because sometimes I cared too much. I realized that in order to be unbothered I needed to be my true self. I had to accept who I am and the mistakes I've made. Then I needed to forgive myself and promise myself to never make the same mistakes again! Now, you cant tell me shit! I move the way I see fit. I'm taking the risk, Im buying the shoes, Im booking the trip, and Im putting myself first! This is my life and as long as i'm not breaking the law Im going to live by my rules.
