MStefano Running is a group of friends that went outside their comfort zone in 2012 and started training to run in fun runs as well as mud runs and other events. We urge others to get off the couch and go for a run or even a walk. Exercise is great for the mind and body. We hope you enjoy listening to our adventures and consider trying one for yourself.

    488. DEKA MILE and STRONG at Underdog Fitness 2026!

    When it comes to DEKA there's one place that we like to go to focus on for coverage and it's Underdog Fitness. There are a  bunch of reasons for this: Mike was coached by Kevin for a while, it's where we did our first DEKA, their athletes are frequently on the podium for DEKA World Championships every year, and they are some of our favorite people in the sport! We went down Saturday night and brought Luci for her first hotel and race experience but as we talked about last episode she ended up getting high and hospitalized and Mike almost got arrested for speeding on the way home. Things were a bit hectic with all that and there were many unintentional Irish Goodbyes but I think we did pretty well with an hour of interviews for coverage. Check out the names below!
