    Anthony is from Plano, Texas, settling in there after relocating during his youth due to Hurricane Katrina. He recounts his journey from being an undersized, uncoordinated high school freshman who got benched by his dad to becoming an Iowa defensive lineman and getting drafted by the Dolphins. He describes quitting other sports to focus on gaining weight, battling injuries, learning Iowa’s fundamentals and disciplined defensive philosophy, and developing his own pass-rush “chess game” inspired by players like Maxx Crosby and Aidan Hutchinson, including the spin move that helped build his confidence.
