    World Indoor Champion Christopher Morales Williams Breaks Down His Indoor 400m Gold, 2026 Goals and Growth as a Sprinter

    Christopher Morales-Williams of Canada is the newly crowned 2026 World Indoor Champion in the 400m. He is also the 2024 NCAA indoor and outdoor champion in the 400m while competing for the university of Georgia. Back in 2024, Chris ran an indoor personal best time of 44.52 seconds, which stands as the fastest indoor 400m time in history. He has had the opportunity to represent Canada at the Olympics and World Championships, and at 21 years old, his career is barely just getting started. After sickness in 2025 kept him from performing to the best of his ability, he kicked off 2026 with a gold medal and a clear outlook on his future. In our conversation we dive into that Gold medal winning performance at the world indoor champs, including an in-depth breakdown of the race.     NCAA Champion Garrett Kaalund Breaks Down His Indoor 200m Record, Goals for Outdoor Season + His Favorite Sprint Races in History

    Garrett Kaalund of USC is the newly crowned 2026 NCAA indoor champion in the 200m. His winning time of 19.95 seconds was not only an NCAA record and American record, but was barely off the 30 year old World Record of 19.92, making him the 2nd fastest athlete in history. Garrett is in his final year at USC and now has his sights set on the 2026 outdoor season where he looks to upgrade his 3rd place finish in the 200m last year and sweep both the indoor and outdoor NCAA titles. In our conversation, we do a full breakdown of his record breaking indoor race, including his mindset and execution in both the heat and the final. We discuss his transfer from Nebraska over to USC last year and the changes he has made to training which has led to all this success.
