Ep 84 Empaths and Narcissists — What Is the Draw?

Empaths and Narcissists have a magnetic connection and this is why it is so important for the empath to have solid boundaries, which many don't even know they need. Without solid boundaries, the empath will always fall prey to a narcissist. 

Add gaslighting to this scenario and the empath is in a tailspin. 

I work with many people who are empaths or highly sensitive people. I understand because I am a highly sensitive person and have been down this road more than once in my past. Now, I help others through this.
