    💭 Have you ever thought about where you store emotions in your body? If you're like me (Sasha!), then every ounce of stress is held in your shoulders and upper back. Or maybe, also like me, your osteopath and/or acupuncturist has to repeatedly remind you to relax your body during treatment. In today's episode I chat with the team (Gen, Clarisse, Carolyn and Robin!) about how emotions can show up physically within the body in many different ways. It's different for everyone but there are some commonalities, too. 🤩 Bonus! I wasn't prepared enough beforehand but you'll hear a male voice in today's episode... Meet Robin! If you're new to the holistic/alternative medicine scene, have never been to an Osteopath before, or have and still have questions about the practice, this season is for YOU!  This episode starts with an introduction to new host Sasha, her passions and interests, and her background (Spoiler alert: She has NO medical background!).
