It'd have been cool if we just stayed peacefully in a very love and light manner, but we do usually ment. Ment in such a way that we lose our reasonableness when we want to represent for our celebrity faves.     The Ish About Accent Shaming In Nigeria

    "Yunction", "Markayt", "Feefle". We know how we make a good (sometimes bad) joke out of these words and people who say them. Why should it be an object of ridicule when I pronounce some English words with an accent? Why do OAPs drop their pure Nigerian accent and pick up a Daniel Craig when the majority of their listeners are Nigerians who might not understand some words spoken with a foreign accent?   What do you think?  Background music is Radio by Nonso Amadi.
