Therapy Thursdays, Whimsical Heists & A Fatal Dutch Oven with Sukh Kaur Ojla

We're joined by the hilarious and insightful Sukh Kaur Olja on this new episode of Truish! As a comedian, Sukh has performed on the likes of Jonathan Ross’ Comedy Club (ITV), Comedy Central Live and more; she has also starred in Piglets (ITV), Bridgerton (Netflix), The End of the F**king World (Channel 4) and Black Mirror (Channel 4). In 2019, her debut solo show "For Sukh’s Sake" sold out at Edinburgh to rave reviews, including 5* from Funny Women. In 2021 Sukh returned to the stage in her nationwide tour of Life Sukhs to critical acclaim. On this episode of Truish, Daisy and Sukh talk about virtual therapy (aka crying on camera), the odd items you find in the middle aisle of a Lidl, a 17th century device to catch farts... and a fatal Dutch oven. Daisy brings the concept of “whimsical heists” involving bulk thefts like Lego, Kit Kats, and olive oil and they give advice on a family holiday sabotaged by a controlling sister-in-law.
