琵琶湖底で縄文土器発見　ほぼ完全形、水深６４メートル―無人潜水機が確認・滋賀

琵琶湖の水中遺跡「葛籠尾崎湖底遺跡」で発見された縄文土器滋賀県は６日までに、琵琶湖の水中遺跡「葛籠尾崎湖底遺跡」で、縄文時代早期のものと推定される土器をほぼ完全な形で発見したと発表した。 The Shiga prefectural government has announced the discovery of a nearly complete piece of earthenware likely dating back more than 10,000 years at the bottom of Lake Biwa in western Japan.
