Ill take a shameless shot at hearing my name. Firstly, Im not sure I’m your typical demographic. I’m a Brit, politically left of centre, a Scientist and I live in the Netherlands. I listen to many, many podcasts up, down, left and right in an effort to stay out of the bubbles. However, I just want to say yours is my favourite Sunday morning go to place. I stubbled here after hearing BRV on Jimmy Gean’s show where I was impressed by his willingness to call out BS amidst aggressive entrenched positions. The three of you here work so well together with great balance and mutual respect. Your different perspectives bring out subtleties in the arguments but without the need for point scoring or conflict we see in so many other shows. Although not always in agreement, I feel you listen and respect each others points of view and are willing to change your opinions as you learn more. In a world snowed under by dogma and polarisation, it’s very important to be open and willing to change as new evidence emerges. Resist jumping to conclusions. Resist taking the cognitively more fluid path. Keep up the good work.
