    Alvin and the Chipmunks S03E20

    This week Alvin and the Chipmunks sing us out for our final episode EVER. (unless there is money involved, or beer probably) We manage to hold back the tears as we take a last look at an 80's or 90's cartoon and barely talk about it.. we get distracted talking about food. There is the deciding round of 'Would I lie to you' and LOTS of nonsense. This week we watched Alvin and the Chipmunks Season 1 episode 8(5a) Mr Fabulous. Its honestly been a pleasure to share this with you all, but for now. Thank you and Goodbye.

    New Kids on the Block S03E19

    This week the old kids on the block watch the 'New Kids On The Block' and its a shocker! This famously famous bad cartoon gets the squad juices flowing in an episode chosen by Jamie because he likes Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! yes this weeks choice is THAT tenuous as we watched S01E04 "Cowa-BONK-a"!! We discuss how the cartoon representations of Mick, Chad, Huey and Albert ( I watched it for 20 minues and researched this cartoon and I still don't know their names!) really dont add much. As we approach the END of BTP we still legally have to talk nonsense and do a quiz and stuff and try to offend at least someone listening so enjoy all of that in this weeks fantastic episode.

    Godzilla S03E18

    The star of this week’s award-winning podcast has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The protagonist on this nationally acclaimed ear organism of an episode has squared off against both the Avengers and the Fantastic Four… Gojira, Kaiju, the king of the monsters, gorilla whale, big mother sticker with much junk in the truck…   Whatever you want to call him (*oh shoot) (*he/she/it/plant/Mars Bar/artificial limb…fook knows what the correct pro-noun is currently), one thing we can all agree on…Godzilla takes shits bigger than Kane’s nose…Sorry bro. Cheap shot.   This week it is James’s choice, and he has picked the 90’s cartoon; ‘Godzilla: The Series’. This pretty much picks up where the 90’s film finished off.   James did a James this week and we all watched different episodes of the series. Some of us watched, ‘An Early Frost’ and some of us reviewed ‘Web Site’. We are as well prepared as Godzilla doing a Dr. Pepper advert. You read that correctly.   I’ve got a few words to play with so I’m doing it…: Godzilla was originally going to be a giant, mutated octopus called Dan. Godzilla is a cross between a Tyrannosaurus, an Iguanodon, a Stegosaurus, and alligator and Dale Winton. Facts.   Whilst I am at it, palaeontologist Mike P Taylor, claims that the limb cartilage in a Godzilla-sized animal would be crushed “like over-ripe watermelons” by its own body weight and therefor the G-man could never exist. Fuck you, Mike. I bet the P stands for twat.   Have a listen to the pod for the usual bollocks, ‘would you rather’, ‘would I lie to you’ and all that other jazz.   If you like a professional podcast, I wouldn’t bother with this. If you don’t care about quality but love a ‘little person’ joke, then pull up a chair.

    Mister T S03E17

    Its T time fools! This Yorkshire based cartoon involves Mr T a character who shows people the correct way to make a cuppa tea! (Get pot, hot water to warm, empty, add tea, hot water, leave 2 mins 45 seconds, pour into cup with milk already in). Actually it's THE Mister T with an import message on avoiding child kidnappin molestors! Dont eat a hamburger if two strange adults come up to you and offer it. Its a serious subject, but a not very serious episode as you would expect from us lot. All our usual fantastic features are here as we discuss Mister T S01E23 "Mystery of the stranger"

    Taz-Mania S03E16

    Hello everyone, By The Power Squad member Kane here….. I’ve been told I have to write a blurb for this episode and truth be told, I’d had a few too many whiskeys during this recording and I don’t remember very much of it. So it goes without saying, listen at your own risk! Oh, we were supposed to be reviewing the loony tunes 90s hit Taz-Mania, episode 45a Young Taz’s fancy. I can only presume we have a deep discussion about Taz’s influence on 90s culture with all the other usual By The Power classic segments such as ‘would I lie to you?’ And ‘Would you rather’. Enjoy!

    Goof Troop S03E15

    H-H-H-H Hit it! 1992. What a Dippy Dawg dang dope year. Jeffrey Dahmer went to prison, Time Magazine’s ‘Person of the Year’ was Bill Clinton, Aladdin was the highest-grossing film of the year, Stu mastered his argument skills, Kane was twenty years off being born, Jamie became a member of the Oompa Loompa fan club and James fingered his first bird. And more importantly… Goof Troop – the animated TV series came out. You know the one…dopey, furry git with funny teeth? Nooooo…Not Ken Dodd!!! No tickle sticks in this cartoon. Or maybe there is? It would certainly explain a lot. This cartoon stars the one and only Disney G man himself – Goofy, and his son, Max as they get into all kinds of shenanigans in Spoonerville. Like father, like son, you’re always number one… (when you know you know). Fact. According to Pinto Colvig, the original voice artist for the character, Goofy was inspired by a "grinny, half-baked village nitwit" from his hometown of Jacksonville. Brilliant. The cartoon that we all watched in advance of recording the award winning and globally recognised podcast was – ‘E=MC Goof’. Ok Power Squad – It’s time to report to the Goof Troop. La-doop-a-loo bop boppa doo bop! Yeah!

    "Good news everyone". This week we are watching future Simpsons, no Simpurama , no Futurama. Damn this sexy learning difficulty. From apartment 1bdi to robot hell just like an episode of 'By the Power' this cartoon has it all. Sex, space, love and heart ache (that poor little dog). So strap in and let's blast off. 10, 9 8-1 We watched the Episode 'Hell is other robots' S01E09

    Galaxy High School S03E13

    A real gweechie episode this week as the squad go back to school to watch this 1986 single season show. Doyle and Aimee travel from earth and meet a pretty diverse bunch of aliens in the Chris Columbus ( you know him! Home Alone, Gremlins, Goonies, Harry Potter!) Cartoon. We study hard to pass a quiz, discuss food at lunch break and at home time argue about Robots Vs Aliens in our 'Would you Rather'. We watched episode 8 the Bikini filled "Beach Blanket Blowup".
