Big Pharma Alarmed by Tylenol & Autism Truth

Big Pharma is freaking out about the recent information RFK Jr. has released to the public. Is there a Tylenol and vaccine link to autism? Is this another instance of medical corruption for Big Pharma profits? Find out now! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) DATA: https://protocolocoimbradrcicerogalli...https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama...https://hsph.harvard.edu/news/using-a... 0:00 Introduction: Big Pharma scandal, Tylenol, vaccines, and autism 1:44 Vaccine safety studies 6:22 Fever remedies 7:33 New medication for autism 12:52 Vaccine cover-ups and medical corruption RFK Jr. is being called everything from irresponsible to anti-science for trying to revive “debunked vaccine myths”. Autism rates have skyrocketed from 1 in 100,000 to 1 in 31, so we need to look at everything! Vaccine safety studies do not compare vaccines to placebos, they compare vaccines to other vaccines! RFK Jr. did not say that Tylenol causes autism, but that it could be a contributing factor that can influence susceptible people to develop autism. He has raised awareness of this link and has called for further research. Tylenol is used for fevers, headaches, pain, menstrual cramps, and more. Most people think it doesn't have many side effects, but it’s the leading cause of acute liver failure. Over 80,000 people each year end up in the ER because of too much acetaminophen. Tylenol’s active ingredient depletes glutathione and is found in over 600 medications. A fever is a natural immune reaction to an infection, and suppressing this can increase the infection’s duration. There are multiple causes of autism. One involves a genetic component with the MTHFR gene, which weakens your ability to detoxify and increases your risk of a folate deficiency. Leucovorin is a synthetic folate derivative recommended for some instances of autism. This medication could be beneficial and may provide optimal results if taken with B12, B2, B6, magnesium, and zinc. One study found that between 56% and 75% of those with autism had a folate deficiency! In another trial, synthetic folate boosted IQs by 25% to 50% compared to the placebo. Independent research is needed to explore the vaccine link to autism. We can’t simply squash vaccine controversy by claiming the “science is settled.” Disclaimer: Dr. Eric Berg received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988. Foods You Should NEVER Consume Organic

Is organic better? Most of the time, yes! Organic foods are produced without toxic chemicals, but some foods are not worth buying organic. Save your money and discover the 13 foods you DON’T need to buy organic. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: When NOT to buy organic 0:20 What is organic? 1:49 Is organic food healthier? 2:29 13 foods you should never buy organic 6:29 Foods to ALWAYS buy organic Organic foods are foods without synthetic chemical input, such as pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides, which are harmful chemicals that build up in the body. Organic animal foods are given organic feed and raised without antibiotics. The term “foods made with organic ingredients” means that at least 70% of the product must be organic. “Organic” means 95% of the ingredients must be organic, and “100% organic” means 100% of the ingredients must be organic. Just because something is labeled organic doesn’t make it healthy. Beware of organic junk food! The following foods are not worth buying organic: 1. Sea salt 2. Wild-caught salmon 3. Avocados 4. Baking soda 5. Water 6. Walnuts 7. Pecans 8. Brazil nuts 9. Macadamia nuts 10. Coconuts 11. Cabbage 12. Banana 13. Game meat Always buy organic for the following foods to avoid pesticides, fungicides, and herbicides: 1. Peanuts 2. Strawberries 3. Coffee 4. Chocolate 5. Cotton 6. Spinach 7. Apples 8. Grapes 9. Tea 10. Cherries 11. Wheat, oats, lentils, pulses It’s important to note that organic means non-GMO, but non-GMO doesn’t always mean organic! How to Reverse Hair Thinning

What’s really behind age-related hair loss, like male pattern baldness and thinning hair in women? In this video, we’ll address the root causes of hair loss and the best way to reverse hair loss naturally. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: How to reverse hair loss naturally 0:47 Hair growth explained 1:27 Causes of hair loss 4:44 The best way to reverse hair loss 8:28 Natural remedies for hair loss 10:14 Foods that reverse hair loss Today, I’m going to show you how to reverse hair loss naturally, without damaging side effects. Most hair loss is androgenic, typically resulting in male pattern baldness and thinning hair in women. The hair follicle requires significant oxygen and mitochondria for optimal hair growth. Testosterone decreases with age in both men and women and is replaced by DHT, a more powerful form of testosterone. Many hair regrowth treatments work by inhibiting DHT. Too much DHT can decrease hair growth, reduce oxygen, increase inflammation, and increase scar tissue in the hair follicle. Drugs for hair growth that work by lowering DHT can come with side effects like decreased libido and erectile dysfunction. Beyond age and genetics, the primary driver of DHT is insulin resistance! To reverse hair loss and stimulate hair regrowth, you must support the environment of the hair follicle. Mechanical scalp stimulation is one of the most overlooked yet effective remedies for hair loss, with microneedling being the most effective method. Other natural remedies for hair loss include: •Red light/NIR light •Rosemary oil (natural Rogaine) •Correcting insulin resistance. This FREE mini course can show you how: https://drbrg.co/4pBHk9O •Increase zinc (30-40 mg) and vitamin D (10,000 IU) •Natural 5 alpha-reductase inhibitors: saw palmetto, pumpkin seed oil, EGCG, peppermint oil, zinc The best foods that reverse hair loss and support hair regrowth include liver, onions, sauerkraut, and pumpkin seeds. The BEST Way to Unlock a Tight Psoas Muscle for Low Back Pain and Poor Posture

This is the best stretch for the psoas muscle—it’s simple, and I think you’ll notice a big difference after you try it. Check it out. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: What is the psoas muscle? 0:10 The effects of a tight psoas muscle  2:45 The best psoas stretch  5:45 Learn more about the psoas muscle! Today, I’m going to share the best stretch for your psoas muscle. The psoas muscle connects the upper part of your body with the lower part. A tight psoas muscle can lead to low back pain, poor posture, and problems with the hips. Problems with the psoas muscle can make it difficult to: • Get out of bed  • Stand from a seated position • Walk and run  • Have good posture  • Keep a low back curve  • Climb stairs When the psoas is too tight, it affects a lot of other muscles, and those muscles start to compensate. Typically, a person will have a tighter psoas muscle on one side more than the other side. It’s very important to fix that and keep the psoas symmetrical. This simple psoas stretch that I’m going to show you will also help you strengthen and stabilize this muscle. I think it’s going to give you a lot of relief. Over the course of two to three weeks of doing this stretch, you’ll find that when you walk, your pelvis, hips, and gait are more free and open. You’ll also notice that your low back pain is much better, your hips are less tight, and your low back curve is in a good position. Watch the video for an in-depth demonstration of the best stretch for your psoas. Disclaimer: Dr. Eric Berg received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988. In this video, we’re going to talk about the best and worst oil for deep frying. Seed oils are polyunsaturated fatty acids. Vegetable oil is actually seed oil—it doesn’t come from vegetables. Seed oils go through industrial processing involving heating and the addition of solvents like hexane, a chemical found in gasoline. This process allows seed oils to be shelf-stable for long periods of time. Around 25% to 30% of our calories come from seed oils. When you cook processed foods like donuts in seed oils, you’re combining sugar with fat and heat. This process, called glycation, creates sticky proteins in the body. Fast food oil is reheated and reused repeatedly. The more it’s heated, the more toxic it becomes. Seed oils were not originally created for human consumption. They’re incredibly damaging to the mitochondria and lead to insulin resistance, fatty liver disease, obesity, heart disease, and an increased risk for cancer. Soybean oil causes the most damage to the body, followed by corn oil, sunflower oil, and canola oil. Healthier cooking oils for frying include avocado oil, coconut oil, palm oil, olive oil, beef tallow, butter, and ghee. Keep in mind it's best to cook over low or medium heat. Pan-frying, air-frying, and stir-frying are healthier options than deep-frying over high heat. What Exercise Makes You LOSE WEIGHT?!

DOWNLOAD THE COMPLETE CALORIE BURNING CHEATSHEET: https://drbrg.co/457z2ge Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. What are the best exercises to lose weight? Watch this video to discover the #1 exercise that burns the most calories! 0:00 Introduction: What exercise burns the most calories? 5:29 Calorie burning 6:52 Exercise and your mitochondria 7:37 How to increase mitochondria to burn fat fast 9:40 Growth hormone and fat burning 11:10 The best exercise to lose weight In this video, we’re going to talk about the best exercise for calorie burning. The type of calories you burn depends on your diet and exercise habits. If you consume sugar, you’re going to burn sugar calories. If you consume fat without sugar, you’ll burn fat. Avoid overtraining, which increases cortisol and can deplete protein from your muscles. Calorie burning largely depends on the health of your mitochondria. Your energy levels, recovery time, and endurance can indicate whether your mitochondria are healthy. Certain medications like statins weaken the mitochondria. To increase and strengthen your mitochondria, do the following: • Exercise with adequate rest • Focus on thyroid health • Increase muscle mass • Intermittent fasting • Cold therapy • Consume meat Metabolomics can examine mitochondria to determine whether they’re getting enough fuel. Insulin resistance can destroy mitochondria. Growth hormone can reduce insulin resistance, help you build more muscle, and burn more fat. If your diet is too high in carbs, you won’t be able to burn fat. This is why it’s essential to look beyond calorie burning. Fat burning is only 15% exercise and 85% diet. The type of exercise that will help you burn the most calories is something that is high-intensity and involves as many muscles as possible.
