A special podcast with Shakti Caterina Maggi, known as a spiritual guide and author. Internationally well known as one of the most authentic and profound voices in contemporary spirituality. She combines ancient traditions of Advaita Vedanta and nondual Tantra with a contemporary approach to spirituality.

Is there such a thing as an inner call? How to get really free and what is the power of silence? What makes our heart so important in answering these questions?

She is a contributing author to “On the Mystery of Being,” the first anthology of science and spirituality and appears in the book ‘The Greatest Secret’ by Rhonda Byrne.

In gesprek met Kees Klomp, de creator en hartstochtelijk inspirator van de betekeniseconomie. Een woord dat hij zelf heeft geïntroduceerd en dat hij gebruikt om een beweging te veroorzaken dat leidt tot een andere invulling van de traditionele economie. Wat dat precies is gaan we het uiteraard over hebben. Kees is een man met een missie. Hij wil ervoor zorgen dat sociaal ondernemen de nieuwe norm, het nieuwe normaal, wordt.

Om dat te bereiken is een diepgaande transformatie nodig, een fundamentele systeemverandering en Kees draagt hier in vele rollen en op vele manieren actief aan bij. Hij past vele petten en rollen. Hij is o.a. ondernemer, spreker, consultant, mentor en content maker. Daarnaast is ook een begenadigd schrijver en inmiddels auteur en mede-auteur van 7 boeken.

In het dagelijks leven is Kees Lector aan de Hogeschool van Rotterdam waar hij zijn passie voor onderwijs en het beïnvloeden van de volgende generatie vorm kan geven. Want die volgende generatie beschouwt hij als de drijvende kracht achter de betekeniseconomie.

Ik lees regelmatig inspirerende stukken van zijn hand op LinkedIn en voor mij is duidelijk dat Kees contact heeft met de opkomende toekomst en dat hij surft op de tijdsgeest vandaag. Kees, 55 jaar jong, woont in het dorpje Drouwen in Drenthe samen met zijn vrouw en drie kinderen. Ik ben zeer nieuwgierig naar de diepere drijfveren van Kees het onderzoeken van zijn eigen wijze en eigen wijsheid.

In gesprek met Hédi Carlee, een bijzonder mens, een inspirerende vrouw met een boeiend eigenwijz verhaal.

Hedi is kunstenares, en eerst en vooral een zangeres met een gouden stem. Het is een vrouw met een bijzonder levensverhaal. Ze was voorbestemd en hard op weg naar een carrière als pop zangeres. Ze won in 2004 de grote prijs van Nederland in de categorie Singer -songwriter. Ze was bekend onder haar artiestennaam Charlie Dée en er was groeiend succes met o.a. optredens op Lowlands en andere grote pop podia.

En toen nam het leven een geheel onverwachte wending. Een ernstig auto-ongeluk deed haar dromen uiteenspatten. Daarna bleek de oude wereld niet meer mogelijk. Hédi stond voor de grootste uitdaging van haar leven. Hoe met de beperking die haar was opgelegd toch invulling te geven aan haar grootste verlangen? Hoe opnieuw op het podium te staan om mensen te raken in hun hart met haar Engelenzang?

Ze vond een nieuw landschap van kunst. De wereld van mantra. Met een knipoog naar het verleden startte ze onder haar tweede artiestenaam Hédi Carlee, een andere volgorde van de letters van Charlie Dée.

Recent stond ze opnieuw voor een uitverkocht zaal met duizenden mensen haar bijzondere mantra’s te zingen en lijkt de route naar meer nog maar net begonnen. Hoe vond ze zichzelf opnieuw uit? Hoe kwam ze opnieuw in haar eigen licht en bezieling na zoveel donkerte. Living you inner call is de tagline van deze podcast. Het lijkt erop dat dit voor Hédi zeker van toepassing is.

De laatste podcast was mijn eerste Engelstalige podcast met spiritueel meester MOOJI. Niet alleen als podcast te beluisteren, maar het gehele interview is ook voor het eerst te zien. Je vindt het op eigenwijz.fm of via YouTube.

Vandaag opnieuw iets wat ik voor het eerst doe, mijn eerste SOLO podcast.

Aanleiding is de creatie van een uniek programma dat ik samen met 3 dierbare collega’s en eerdere podcast gast Stef van Dongen in September mag gaan uitvoeren in de Spaanse Pyreneeën. Eerlijk gezegd heb ik even geaarzeld of ik hier de eigenwijz luisteraar mee zal benaderen. Podcast Eigenwijz is immers niet bedoeld als promotiekanaal van andere activiteiten, maar ik heb besloten het toch te doen omdat het naast een beetje promotie ook zoveel zegt over mijn eigen wijze en over mijn bezieling, Mijn eigen ‘living your inner call’. Deze solo podcast is dus bedoeld als oproep aan diegenen die resoneren met wat ik ga vertellen over een nieuwe eigenwijze vorm, een inspiratieweek in Spanje, waarmee wij de deelnemers bewuster willen maken en willen inspireren om hun eigen impact in de wereld waarin ze werken te vergroten.

In deze eerste SOLO podcast meer over mijn eigen inner call, een oproep aan de pioniers van deze tijd en de toelichting op een uniek en eigenwijs programma in de Spaanse Pyreneeën.

Welcome to a special edition of the podcast Eigenwijz, Living your inner call.

For the first time the podcast will be in English because of a very special occasion. I had the privilege and the honour to have an interview with one of the few still living spiritual masters on this globe, MOOJI

Moojibaba has dedicated his life in service to all who desire to awaken into their natural Self. And I am one of them.

I am following his pointings already for many years and MOOJI to me is a great source of inspiration and so he is for many millions of people all over the world. Mooji was nr 1 on my list of desired guests. So you can imagine who thrilled I was when the staff of Mooji gave me the green light to come to Monte Sahaja in the South of Portugal.

Our meeting, the interview and our dialogue before and after has become one of the most precious and profound experiences in my life.

The interview transformed during our dialogue into a kind of private satsang, where I was invited to put in my deepest questions to him. The result is a 2 hrs talk with the loving and deeply wise master Mooji.

This podcast is not about me, although it seems to focus primarily on me. Because I am convinced that my authentic questions to Moojibaba represents universal questions of many other people, other seekers for thruth in the world. The wisdom of Mooji answering these questions can be therefore a source of inspiration for many of us. And that is my sincere wish with this very special editon of the podcast Eigenwijz. Living your inner call.
