    Better or Worse (Finding Balance) My brain has two settings. Obsessed, or done. For years I thought that was just my personality, when really it was the reason balance never came naturally to me. In this one I talk honestly about what imbalance actually looked like for me. Not the dramatic version, the quiet one, where every hour had a job and none of them was just existing. I get into why the good things are the hardest to balance, why hyperfocus looks like discipline right up until it looks like burnout, and what's genuinely helped me since. I also share three questions that made me stop and think, and I try to answer them honestly, in real time: If the next year looked exactly like your last three months, would things be better or worse?If your life was a movie, what would people be screaming at the screen telling you to do?If someone met your friends before they met you, would you be okay with how you've shown up?
