    78. What is even the point of all of this?? (For when you’ve watched too much of manifestation content)

    Hey loves! Today’s episode is half me chatting and half channeling, and it’s about the moments we all have sometimes after consuming too much of manifestation content lol. You know, that apathy and feeling lost, and laying on the floor thinking “what is even the point? If the whole reality is just an illusion, then why am I even here?” I want to say “I got you”, but I don’t know. I think (?) I got you, because I’ve had this experience multiple times and I know the answer that helps me to come to my senses, and in this episode I am sharing it with you, and I hope it helps!  But also, I did a reading on this in the second half of the episode, and the message I received is… wow! I personally haven’t tried that yet, but I loved it and I will try it next time I feel lost. Anyway, I intend for this episode to help you to get grounded, because I’d say that this feeling of being lost after consuming too much of manifestation content is pretty common.     71. When people hurt you

    Hi loves! I’m back and the first thing I felt like talking about after a big break is SELF-LOVE! Stop doubting yourself and stop thinking that you’re the problem when people hurt you! You know, when I first learned about narcissistic personality disorder and about codependency, I began teaching myself to not blame myself for everything that was happening in my life. From the early childhood I was trained and conditioned to “think about my behavior” every time my parents weren’t happy with me, and it taught me that EVERYTHING in life was my fault, and as codependent we freakin live all our lives believing this! But the thing is that believing you’re the problem is not a way to heal this and to start creating a life that you feel happy and excited to live every day. You need to start with deciding to never blame yourself ever again, to never doubt your heart, to always put your physical and emotional safety first and to protect yourself (your inner child) like a mama bear. At all times.  Anyway, I talk more about this in this episode.
