Love it!

I really love these podcasts with Chelsea. She has a quirky sense of humor which especially this year is a lovely soul hug. Chelsea breaks it down to simple practical terms that make perfect sense. The millions of times I’ve tried and am still trying to lose weight - it is very frustrating to realise that I’ve been running around chasing my own tail for years without anything to show for it. I’ve listened to 5 episodes so far and am ‘hungry’ for more as I am finally realising the simple facts that I was oblivious to. As Chelsea says ‘it is simple but that does not make it easy’ - but I have been focusing all this time at the wrong things, hitting the same wall sooner or later & wiping out the result of the short term ‘sweat & tears’. I want to focus on building new habits as Chelsea says and I really feel that it will make all the difference. Definitely recommend the ‘Lean with plants’ podcasts and ‘method’ for breaking it down for me into simple actionable pieces of advice. Thank you, Chelsea for the eye opening.
