    Observations of what I have been seeing,meeting, experiencing back in my birth country - Albania. I am being hit by so many things I had been part of for the first 25-30 years of my life, and then off for 23 years, AND now back again. The first and foremost, is how solidly stuck most people are in their thoughts, knowing, beliefs, with virtually ZERO room for anything new, or hearing everything new and checking it through the old guarding thought-way and knowing, this making the new information making no sense in their heads and hearts. Wow! Hopefully, this will change soon.

    Watch what our minds think

    Consciously or subconsciously, we allow thoughts to linger in our minds, we entertain them, and make more thoughts of the same kind, until this becomes a belief, and we have no longer control over it. It is now in the subconscious mind, and it will run the show in the background and dictate from now on what thoughts you will have and actions you will take. So the basis of Mindfulness is exactly this - start observing, because each attempt of observation is actually a torch in your hand, shedding light to the direction you are observing.     The war is a desperate resistance, not destined to last

    We are seeing unfold in front of us a conflict, a war, and this is happening for most of us right here in the 3D. The conflict is the materialization of a desperate resistence of the 4DS beings that are tricked into a role of false dominance over other beings, such as you and I, and other fellow beings out there. They are tricked into thinking that their mission is important and doing this for the dominance, when there is no domimance needed to have as we ALREADY have it, it is just us, expressed in various qualities, in various parts of the space/universe. It is one consciousness, just ONE, with parts of it taking various atributes but ultimately is expanding into ascension.

    We manifest every second of our existence. We don't Manifest things, we Manifest the US having that thing.

    Emotional availability - first and outmost important "nutrition" for survival

    We thrive and survive, as young humans, on the emotional availability of our caregivers. As new humans, we depend on our caregivers for EVERYTHING: food, care, attention, love AND emotional availability. What does that mean? When an adult is in a bad mood (while having all the right and reasons in the world for being so) the anger or bad mode absorbs like a black hole ALL the attention, smiles, emotional availability that are vital for our survival. When we don't have that, a trauma occurs, and as a consequence, a trauma response. At the age of 30, 40 or any other age, you perhaps are not sure why do you get triggered, feel abandoned, feel powerless or you also get in a bad/sad mood, immediately after your figures of authority (boss) or even family members are in a bad mood! Your PTSD is shouting out. Love yourself for showing this to you each time!

    Anxiety as an emotion comes from the interpretation of the sensory fata coming from INSIDE of our body, otherwise called interoception.

    Identity is not identifying with the things we have

    This title may sound a little abstract at first. Identity for us, as multidimensional beings, often is strictly matched with our body, our thoughts or our personality. This is a channeled message to remind us how to observe what (more) we are, beyond the limiting beliefs we have adopted, identifying with either just the body, or our thoughts.
