Down to earth, useful advise

I've been listening to Mojo for Running for a little over a year now. It has often inspired me; it has helped me figure out why I couldn't get faster or why I kept feeling tired. I love Deb's down to earth, useful advise. It was just as useful to me when I still felt a 5k was a challenge as it is now, training for my second half marathon (and working up to a marathon somewhere next year). Thank you Deb! Please keep going.
