    1. Why do I keep repeating negative things and events in my mind? I get exhausted yet I am unable to stop. 7.28- 2. How to know where to draw the boundaries? I think I over give, over explain and try to over understand? 12.05- 3. You said in last Geeta session that God exists and yet does not exist. How is that possible? I would prefer to believe that God exists. 26.15- 4 & 5. My Guru has taken Samadhi. How do I move forward on the spiritual path? Can we have more than one Guru?

    Satsang- How to be Non-Judgemental?

    0.10- 1. For no specific reason, some days are gloomy and sad. It scares me. Why is that? 2.33- 2. How to deal with over-giving? I feel I give a lot and then get exhausted. While I am not expecting anything in return, it feels bad when others only take and take. But I am unable to stop giving. What to do? 12.19- 3. is it possible to completely come out of family drama , emotional drama of the family that going on for decades 29.02- 4. I can see now that I am very judgmental, I judge everyone I come across or spend enough time . How to stop this 5. how to stop proving my point to others although I know it now that it’s not necessary to defend myself and prove my point but old habits are difficult to change. 6. how much time transformation take generally? Is it possible to change myself?     How to understand Duality in Krishna?

    1. Krishna is beyond 3 modes of material world, then how to understand duality in him? 2. If 'Shunya' is the tattva then why did Lord create the world? Does it mean there is some lack in Shunya? 3. Connection between 'Grahan and sadhana', why this time is considered auspicious for sadhana? Why should we not eat during grahan time? 4. If everything is Krishna, both the good and the bad, then Epstein and all others connected with him are also Krishna, then should they be punished or forgiven?

    The Key to Sadhana

    Many seekers keep waiting for magic to happen and do not do their practices regularly. They feel lazy or give up at the slightest obstacle. What is needed is a strong spiritual goal and support system which keep you motivated to continue. Sadhana is the most important factor in spiritual journey and every seeker must stay connected with Guru and other seekers to be motivated.
