After devouring every dinosaur book I could get my hands on, I was still hungry for more. In a last-ditch effort to satisfy my curiosity, I ended up Googling something dino-related (as one does) and stumbled across Terrible Lizards. I’d never been a podcast person—believe me, I tried to get into them, mostly just to feel included—but they never really clicked. That is, until this one.
Terrible Lizards is a total gem. I’ve been binging it nonstop ever since. It’s so good it actually turned me into a podcast person—no small feat. Even if you’re not obsessed with dinosaurs (yet), it’s the kind of casual, clever, fact-filled show that’s just a joy to listen to. You’ll walk away with the kind of niche knowledge that’s perfect for surprising your corporate finance coworkers (ever wonder why dino eggs couldn’t be bigger than a beach ball?) or keeping your partner up late talking about how ostrich-like dinosaurs (I mean, who wouldn’t enjoy losing sleep over that?!).
Highly recommend. Even if you’re just here for the vibes—you’ll stay for the science.
