Voices in Action: Journeys in care is a podcast by CREATE Foundation giving a platform to children and young people in care. CREATE is the national consumer body for children and young people with care experience across Australia. This podcast has been created as a platform for young people to talk about issues that are important to them - as we support them to connect, feel empowered, and create positive change in the care system.

    Sibling connection and piecing together my identity

    Growing up in care and why mental health matters

In this episode, we chat to child protection advocate, CEO and CREATE Young Consultant, Flick (AKA Felicity) about her experiences with mental health, in the context of growing up in care.   Flick shares that it doesn't matter what job title you have, or how far along you are on your healing journey, people can still struggle with their mental health.
