    Studying at University is hard enough, but there are many students who move away from family and friends in their home country to study. In today's episode, John and Steph are joined by Em - a student who has recently obtained Australian Citizenship, but knows all too well the challenges that come with being an international student.     Men discussing mental health: why talking can be difficult and how can we start the conversation. - Episode 5

    Mental health can be difficult to talk about at the best of times – but for blokes, it can seem almost impossible to talk about it with other men. In this episode, John and Steph sit down with Alex – someone who’s had struggles with mental health and spent time in therapy to work through it all. While many people may view video games as antisocial, and something that negatively affects mental health, is this truly accurate?
