    How Has Society Shaped Our View on Relationships and Monogamy?

Monogamy, marriage, open relationships, polyamory, etc. We've always been really drawn to discussing anthropology & human sexuality.     Getting Real/Hey Bestie are true mental health advocates. Today we want to talk about something more private & intimate... being depressed, anxious, OCD, etc is not easy or fun. We are not doctors but have been diagnosed with a few of these mental illnesses. Through our journey, we have developed natural ways to combat these dips of serotonin and feel it is only fair and right to share our knowledge and skills we have gained over the last several years to regain momentum, divinity, and gratitude in the tough times.
