The 80s icon takes us back to the frantic album release schedule that the band enjoyed in the 80s, becoming designers of pop songs, and the critical response they occasionally faced. Bailey also remembers 1994’s The Stone, and LP that came with a different sound and name (Babble) and what it was like to re-enter the underground, and also discusses rock’s current lack of a social impact, the need for nonconformist outsider art, the band’s many remixes, and new anniversary editions of their catalog.
